As part of the national “Flower Farmers Big Weekend 2023” we will be offering something a little different this year which we hope will appeal to all flower fanciers!
On the weekend of Friday 8 September, Saturday 9 September and Sunday 10 September, we will be hosting our annual flower farm tours with refreshments in our floral marquee. You will be able to see progress with our flower field and enjoy the delights of our established garden and new polytunnel. This year we thought we would offer something in addition!
As all good gardeners know, fresh is always best when it comes to seed! Our field will be full of the most incredible seed bounty in September, just waiting to be harvested.
As part of your entrance charge, you will be provided with 5 paper bags within which you will be encouraged to collect seed from the field. Clare will happily provide advice and guidance during the flower field tour as to where the best seed can be found. Further bags can be purchased on the day, if required.
